Kemppi’s latest evolution of the highly successful and revolutionary SuperSnake sub wire feed system has taken the concept to a new level. Used in conjunction with an existing separate wire feed unit such as the X5 Fastmig or eliminating the need for a separate wire feed unit altogether when fitted to the MASTER M 353/355/358, the SUPERSNAKE GTX is lighter and easier to move and place on site where equipment movement and reach present significant challenges. SuperSnake GTX improves worksite productivity and occupational safety and provides a simple, effective distance wire feeding solution.
Extending the reach of standard Euro-connect mig welding guns, the Supersnake GTX guarantees reliable wire feeding up to 30 metres from the primary wire feeding unit. SuperSnake GTX is compatible with Fastmig X5 Regular, Synergic and Pulse seperate wire feed unit packages as well as Master M 353, M 355 and M 358 compact machines in either Gas or Liquid cooled configuration. The user interface places welding parameter adjustment at the operators fingertips with the ability to choose Automatic Power regulation and fine tuning (Synergic) or Manual wire speed and voltage control. SuperSnake GTX is designed for use with solid Ferrous, Stainless steel, Flux and Metal cored wires and Aluminium. The gear driven feed system uses the same drive/pressure rolls as the primary feed unit and are available in V, U or VK (knurled) profiles for corresponding wire types/sizes as are suitable steel and Chili liners. The SuperSnake GTX body has a clear, easy to read LED display, welding ON/OFF switch, Gas test and Wire inch buttons. The protective frame is easily removeable and the standard Euro connector on each end of the body make setting up and packing away a simple task. The Automatic wire loading feature ensures trouble free filler wire loading up to 30 metres from the primary feed unit.
